The wine bar and restaurant Ô Garde-Manger‘s menu offers some signature dishes from Olivier Nasti (2 stars in the Michelin Guide & voted Chef of the Year by Gault&Millau in 2023) and Emmanuel Renaut (3 stars in the Michelin Guide) such as game pie, venison carpaccio, smoked féra from Lake Geneva, and l’oreiller de la belle aurore (pâté en croûte).
